Want a Jamaica trip that’s high in luxury, but not luxury prices? Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa, a newly opened all-inclusive resort, is offering an opening rate of up to 50 percent off when you book by Oct. 31 for travel through Dec. 23.
We found some great savings with this offer: In mid-December, a junior suite with the 50-percent-off rate comes in at $309 per night on the weekend. The same junior suite double in January on the weekend (when the deal is not on offer) jumps to $553. To compare, the nearby Sandals costs more than $600 at the same time.
Rather travel in November? The lowest rate we found with the offer is a one-bedroom ocean view villa at $434 per night. By comparison, that same one in January can reach $682.
The luxe beachside resort comes with a lot of added value: in addition to its 30,000-square-foot spa, two pools, and private beachside cabanas, all suites have butler service, full kitchens, and stainless steel appliances. And, since the resort is all-inclusive, you’ll have access to complimentary food and unlimited drinks, WiFi, kids programs, non-motorized water sports, and poolside concierge service, plus airport transfers (the resort is just a 15-minute ride from the Sangster International Airport).
