About Justin Ocean
Justin Ocean was born and raised in the city of lesser sin, Reno, Nevada, but thanks to jet-set parents he’s been globetrotting since he was but a babe. From seeing tanks rumble down Moscow streets during the collapse of the Soviet Union to hindu worshippers sticking hooks through their backs outside Kuala Lumpur, for him, the more rich and intense the experience the better—although prime time on a sandy beach is never undervalued. A Harvard grad and former editor of The Out Traveler and editor-in-chief of Next Magazine, Justin calls Manhattan home and looks forward to living the double-agent lifestyle with his new Polish passport. Wherever he is, you can find him by the street food.
