Considering a trip to Costa Rica? We just found a new adults-only resort on a less-touristy part of the Guanacaste Coast, and you’ll get a great price if you book this month.
The Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas — the first hotel to open in the newly developing beach town of Las Catalinas — is offering an opening rate of $299 per night through the end of August in one of their 21 private villas. (A two-night minimum stay is required.) Each suite has its own saltwater pluge pool and panoramic views of the Pacific, plus access to the hotel’s open-air restaurant, sunset bar, and sprawling infinity pool. Paradise, right?
It’s a good deal, considering rates at the hotel are currently much higher (the weekend of July 8-9 will run you $375 per night, while the weekend of August 4-5 is $364 per night). You’ll also get a $25 food and drink credit and complimentary daily breakfast.
This hilltop property, which opened in February, is a 45-minute drive from the Liberia airport. And since this is the first hotel to open in the area, you can bet there won’t be overcrowding on the two nearby beaches or the tropical surrounding trails. The latter are great for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
To get the deal, email email@example.com and book before May 31.
