It’s no secret that hotel rooms in New York City can get pricey -- but for nearly two weeks, travelers can stay at some of the city’s best properties at a fraction of the regular prices, thanks to Hotel Week NYC. Running January 3-15, 2016, the promotion offers rates of $100, $200, or $300 per night at more than a dozen boutique hotels.

To put the savings in perspective: Many of the participating properties often list rooms for upwards of $500 during busier weeks. Perfect for a weekend getaway, most of these Manhattan outposts feature on-site dining, upscale amenities, and stellar accommodations.

Looking for something for $100 per night? There’s the opportunity to stay at Tribeca’s Cosmopolitan Hotel, one of the area’s most historic properties, or at The Paul in NoMad, where each room comes equipped with a bedside dictionary.

One of our favorite properties is The Roxy Hotel Tribeca, a pet-friendly hotel offering the perfect taste of New York City culture for $200 per night. Roxy's newest feature is The Django, a subterranean jazz club that serves craft cocktails and was built to look like a boîte straight out of Paris. How about a stay on the Lower East Side? There’s The Ludlow with vintage-inspired rooms, from $200 per night. Other hotels that fall into the $200 range include The Marlton in Greenwich Village, the bookworm-chic Library Hotel in Midtown, and the Meatpacking District’s Maritime Hotel.
