Newcomer Elysian in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood may be the city’s most fashion-forward hotel. A complimentary pedi-cab service whisks guests to and from nearby stores like Barneys, Jil Sander, and Prada. A Marc Jacobs store is located just off the lobby. The Art Deco-interiors are inspired by Coco Chanel. Now the hotel’s latest amenity makes it even easier to feel instantly stylish.

Together with stylist Eric Himel, the Elysian has created an “Emergency Style Kit” for both men and women. The women’s kit includes items such as a black Donna Karan jersey dress, Jimmy Choo kid leather pumps, and Wolford tights. The men’s kit contains essentials such as an Ermenegildo Zegna dress shirt, Hermés silk tie, and David Yurman cuff links. Guests can purchase the entire kit or just certain items (which, in the women’s kit, range from $15-$1,000 and in the men’s, from $175-$595) For further assistance, Himel is available for styling sessions and shopping trips.
