The swanky Waldorf Astoria hotel chain has slashed rates to as much as 46 percent off on some of its most coveted Floridian destination resorts, including two extra-special values in Boca Raton and Naples. Migrate south for a warm winter getaway in the Sunshine State, and snag promotional Best of Waldorf Astoria packages that include complimentary breakfast for two and a daily resort credit (amount varies by property). Bunk down in sunny Boca Raton at the recently revamped Boca Beach Club, complete with an oceanfront pool (be sure to sample the shaved ice treats doled out poolside); rates start at $209/night, plus the promotion includes an additional $50 resort credit per night. Or, opt for a stay at the Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, with its 15 tennis courts and three pools (one’s even equipped with a 100-foot waterslide); rates start from $179/night with a $50 per night resort credit. Bookings are valid for travel through March 31, 2012 (and must be made by March 27, 2012).
THE VALUE: The Boca Beach Club’s regular starting nightly rate from $399 is slashed to as low as $209 – a savings of 46 percent. For the Naples Grande Beach Resort, normal nightly rates from $295/night are reduced to as little as $179/night, representing a discount of 39 percent off.
THE CATCH: Guests must book at least three days in advance of arrival. Plus, the Boca Beach Club deal is blacked out for stays between December 17 and December 31, 2011.
