dolphins_roatan_edit.jpgCruising allows passengers to sample beaches and other major attractions in different countries for a fraction of what it would cost to visit each destination individually – especially in the Caribbean. Carnival Cruise Line has a seven-day itinerary for travelers itching to sail through the shimmering Caribbean Sea waters while keeping their wallets intact – for just $499.

Departing from Miami on March 21, Carnival Valor will soak up the sun in the Western Caribbean, and, after a spending a day at sea, call on Georgetown in Grand Cayman. Here, passengers can disembark and frolic in the crystal-clear waters teeming with colorful aquatic wildlife. The following day, Carnival Valor arrives in Roatan, Honduras – a stunning port within easy reach of the second-largest barrier reef in the world. The vessel then sails to pristine Belize City, where guests can participate in a number of water-oriented activities such as snorkeling. And, before returning to Miami, the ship makes a pit-stop in serene Cozumel, Mexico.
