This weekend’s sneak peak at spring had me thinking about cooling off with my favorite summertime treat–ice cream! Given 48-hours notice, Chef Patricia Williams of The Muse Hotel New York, will help concoct your dream ice cream pint with any ingredient you desire–and then have it delivered to your room. One guest who loved sugary seasonal marshmallows requested “Peeps ‘N Créme,” and another the chocolaty and coconut-filled goodness of the “Samoa Girl Scout Cookie” ice cream. Yum! Now it’s your turn.
